In my fifty six years of service I have not found a producer like Mysooru Kumar of Maratikyatanahalli – this is veteran actress Girija Lokesh speaking at the media briefing of Kannada film ‘Shambo Mahadeva’ on Monday afternoon.

From the first day till last day as soon as I got down from the car producer made arrangement for remuneration on daily basis. This system of producer giving prompt payment at the shooting spot I have not found so far in my career of 56 years. Girija Lokesh the first ‘Sose’ of Kannada cinema first hero Subbainaidu was in full kush.


Another interesting development at Male Mahadeshwara Hill was a young boy and coming telling Girija Lokesh that a ritual at this place would bring fortune. That has exactly happened in my life as grandson came to our family.

Recalling her shooting experience Girija Lokesh said her role is that impotent woman. There was no camera on the first day. Yet the producer Kumar and Mysooru Manju have done exceedingly good job. I would request the media to support this film. The industry should not show wrong route for this kind of humble producer she felt.
